Leesman+ certification is given to an elite group of workplaces that score 70 Lmi or above* on Leesman’s standardised performance scale. Awarded to just 5% of the buildings we’ve measured to date, this external validation of outstanding employee experience has increasingly become a strategic target for organisations all over the world, keen to deliver a workplace that makes a proactive contribution to business effectiveness. There is much to learn from these workplaces; the data we gather from Leesman+ certified buildings gives us a unique opportunity to examine the features, services and infrastructures that work, and our clients can leverage this data to fuel better business decision-making.
