Our online surveys allow organisations to take an x-ray of the workplace and assess whether it is fulfilling its primary purpose – to provide employees with an effective work environment that supports productivity.
We offer three benchmarking surveys. Our flagship Leesman Office product assesses how office space is supporting employees. For the education sector, we provide two surveys; Leesman Campus measures how effectively the university environment supports staff and Leesman Student looks at how the campus supports students in their learning activities and achieving their academic goals.
Survey set up and build
The team will work with you on the survey set up based on your requirements.
When completed the survey will be deployed to target employees, typically for 10-18 days.
Results are available online; we also build a full report within two weeks of the survey closing.
The team will then arrange an insights presentation to go through the results.
Responses are gathered through an online survey assessing five main areas. The first determines which work activities are important to employees and how well each is supported by the workplace. It then assesses how the workplace is impacting corporate image, culture, sense of pride, enjoyment, community and productivity. The answers from these two sections are they used to calculate the Leesman Lmi which is a standardised performance indicator. The survey then assesses employee mobility, physical features and service features (FM & IT).
The results from each survey are then processed in our online Leesman Analytics environment, providing you with a detailed examination of employees needs and an assessment of how well those needs are being met by the hard and soft infrastructure.
From annual workplace assessments to post occupancy evaluations, our benchmarking surveys provide added value at every stage in the lifecycle of a typical workplace.
