Confidentiality statement

Maintaining the confidentiality and anonymity of your data is fundamental to our working practices and, unless otherwise stated, you should assume that we treat all information provided to us as highly confidential.

This is a statement to all users on your responses confidentiality.

CyberEssentials+

Cyber Essentials cover the fundamental needs an organisation should have in order to remain cyber secure. It was designed by the National Cyber Security Centre and aims to help in protecting organisations like Leesman from the most common threats.

It helps to reassure customers that we are working to secure our IT against cyber-attacks and demonstrate our commitment to cybersecurity.

Leesman’s objective of managing information security is to ensure that its core and supporting business operations continue to operate with minimal disruptions. Leesman shall ensure that all data that is collected or presented by Leesman has absolute integrity.

This Security Statement applies to the products, services, websites, and apps offered by Leesman except where otherwise noted.

These products, services, websites and apps are collectively named as the “services” in this Statement.

This Security Statement should be read alongside other user agreements presented to Leesman clients.

Privacy policy

If you are a visitor to Leesman, a recipient of Leesman communications, a customer of a Leesman Service then as set out below, this Privacy Policy applies to your use of such Leesman or any other of our Service. This Privacy Policy also applies to information we collect in certain offline settings where this Privacy Policy is posted.

At Leesman, we respect the privacy rights and data protection rights of our users and recognise the importance of protecting the personal information we collect about you.

Our Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand what information we collect and how we use and share that information.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the use and operation of the Leesman Index (as defined below), all data and information generated or connected to the Leesman Index and the provision of all related services (together the “Services”) by Leesman Limited, a company registered in England Wales with company number 7202869 whose registered office is at Leesman Ltd, C/O Ince Gd Corporate Services Limited, Aldgate Tower, 2 Leman Street, London, E1 8QN. GB 990 4410 20 (the “Company”).

This Agreement shall apply to the total exclusion of any terms and conditions which may be provided by any person or company who instructs the Company to provide the Services (the “Customer”) and any agent or other entity acting on its behalf engaged in the set-up, implementation, or operation of the Services (“Agent”), or any terms which are otherwise implied by trade, custom, practice or course of dealing.

Corporate social responsibility

Protection of the environment in which we live and operate is important to us and we believe the Leesman tools can help build sustainable, appropriate and lasting workplaces. Care for the environment is a responsibility we all bear and is an important part of the way in which we do our business. As a predominantly online business we do not inherently have a high environmental impact but we will consider the environmental issues attached to the services we provide and will endeavour to minimise our environmental impact wherever possible. And because we believe that all should benefit from effective work environments, we offer a substantial discount on our Leesman Index product to charitable organisations. Our aim is to provide a rich and robust source of information for all our users and create a database that will become a valuable platform for further research. As that collection of comparative data grows, we aim to develop a resounding reputation for supporting relevant, timely, and visionary research on how people are working in the spaces provided for them. So, if you are an academic and would like to crunch some of our numbers, do get in touch and outline your areas of interest. But we will at all times remain entirely independent and impartial, and will never enter into any affiliations or agreements with other organisations that could compromise the integrity of our work, prejudice our impartiality in any way or compromise the confidentiality of the clients whose information we hold.
