Leesman data shows that workplaces with predominantly unassigned seating strategies have some of the highest Leesman workplace experience scores (Lmi), but also some of the worst scores. To understand why the outcomes vary so significantly, we analysed the experience of more than 400,000 employees across nearly 1,600 post-pandemic workplaces. In this session our experts will present insights from our latest research, joined by two CRE leaders from IAG and Tetra Pak, who will share experiences from within their organisations. The focus will be on key learnings and successes, as we examine key advantages and challenges of different seating strategies and their impact on workplace experience.
