Benchmarking employee experience
Since Leesman was founded in 2010, we have maintained our role as the independent ‘radiographers of the workplace’. The Leesman Index offers clients an unrivaled ability to measure workplace performance and benchmark their results against a comprehensive and independent employee experience dataset. At the heart of our global benchmark sits the Leesman Index Score (Lmi), an effectiveness score calculated for every workplace we measure.
We also stack each workplace performance against the Leesman + benchmark, which includes two levels: Excellent (Lmi 70.0 – Lmi 79.9) and Outstanding (Lmi 80.0 or above), providing you with clarity and confidence in data-driven decision-making.
