Leesman Advanced Practitioner Programme
What is the Leesman Advanced Practitioner Programme?
The Leesman Advanced Practitioner (Leesman AP) Programme trains a global community of professionals to interpret Leesman data and, utilising their expert knowledge, embark on a mission to use independent, evidence-based analysis to make informed decisions about supporting employees wherever they work. By the end of an AP Programme, the individuals become part of the global Leesman AP community granting early access to our content and research.
What to expect from the programme:
- Master interpreting Leesman insights with ease and speed – identifying successes and key focus areas in your data
- Explore Leesman’s key research findings and apply them to your survey results
- Shape your organisation’s future workplace strategy by leveraging Leesman’s global research to better understand employee experience
- Understand how to effectively convey the significance of the survey data to your colleagues and clients
- Use the data to generate scorecards and action plans that drive workplace strategies and projects
- Learn the Leesman analysis insider tips and tricks

Please note the programme requires basic knowledge of how to run a Leesman survey. For those who have not previously deployed a Leesman survey, we will organise an online session the week prior to bring you up to speed.
