The Leesman Advanced Practitioner (AP) Programme trains a global community of professionals to interpret Leesman data and utilise their expert knowledge, embarking on a mission to use independent, evidence-based analysis to make informed decisions about employees, wherever they work. By the end of an AP workshop, the individuals become part of the global Leesman AP community.

This in-person course takes place over two full days in London. Alternatively we also offer an in-person course in Amsterdam or two virtual AP courses to choose from. The virtual courses require a commitment of two hours a day over five days.

• Learn to read and interpret Leesman data with ease and speed, and identify tell-tales, markers and signals in your data.
• Cover all Leesman research key findings and learn how to apply them to your survey results to improve your overall employee experience.
• Shape your organisations future work strategy by getting a better understanding of employee experience working from home vs the office based on Leesman’s global research.
• Understand how to position the power of the survey data with colleagues and/or clients.
• Crunch through data and build actionable key performance score cards that feed comprehensive action plans for larger workplace strategies and/or specific projects.
• Learn the Leesman Analytics insider tips and tricks.
