In 2018, Leesman independently assessed the workplace experience of 151,770 employees across 971 workplaces worldwide.

Exceptional employee experience is the result of putting employees and their roles at the centre of leadership’s attention. Our findings reveal that opportunities are consistently missed for many organisations, and there are scores of areas in which they can make their workplaces better.

An elite group of employers buck this trend and deliver individual workplaces that brilliantly support employee experience, reported by the employees themselves. Some of these spaces – ones that comply with strict qualification criteria – are awarded our Leesman+ certification.
