For Cancerfonden, it’s about being able to beat cancer sooner. To be able to fund more research and do what they do, but in a much better way. In 2017, they deployed a Leesman survey and in 2023, they deployed a second survey resulting in one of the largest productivity increases ever seen by Leesman. A strategic assessment of organisational values, followed by an evaluation of existing infrastructure was conducted to shift the culture and enhance collaboration and productivity.
