Leesman+ certification

Awarded to just a fraction of the buildings we’ve measured, our independent validation of an outstanding employee workplace experience has become a globally recognised certification that companies strive to achieve, providing a clear and achievable stretch target for all projects.

These top-tier workplaces are considered after achieving an Lmi of 70 or above, providing a precedent to organisations around the globe – Leesman+ certified buildings have allowed us to provide valuable insights into where their features, services and infrastructures are surpassing the majority by collecting them as an elevated benchmark.
