Leesman+ criteria

To achieve Leesman+ certification a number of strict criteria need to be met:

Response rate criteria

It’s important for us that you get the most valuable insights out of your Leesman survey and to do this you need to ensure that your data is representative of all your employees.

The confidence level shows you the chance of being right. We’ve set this at 99% so that you can be 99% certain that your data is a true reflection of how effective your employees believe their workplace is. So if you were to run the survey 100 times, you could expect to get a result that is within the margin of error 99 times out of the 100.
